I brought my car in for a 3000 mile oil change. I had concerns that the heat / a/c blower was making noise. The car also began to creak after a long winter when I made turns. I was afraid that there was going to be a serious problem and that it was going to be expensive.

Friendly and prompt service. I especially appreciated the free safety check and that I was notified of possible issues with my car, but I was not pressured into taking action.

i have been going to portland automotive, for about three years,they are allways very friendly,and they allways explain everything in detail before they do any work,and also let you know the price beforehand,i am allways very satisfied with their work and if there is a promlem,they are allways happy to fix it.i wouldent go any where else.
