The work seem fine the ford springs took me for a surprise.

As my neighbor was nice enough to take care of this before he left for Florida, I was most happy with the results. I drive very little and was happy to get an AA+ report.

As always, my latest appointment was excellent. The service was fast and the folks at the desk were pleasant and helpful. I keep coming back to Portland Auto because I never feel pressured or lied to. The folks there always stress prevention first, but I never feel as if they're being dishonest about what my car needs. That's why PA is always my first choice.

Even though I received news I didn't want to hear the staff was friendly and helpful. My car was done on time as promised and they even gave me a temporary fix for an issue that just came up.

Excellent - very quick service.

This was my typical auto repair experience at Portland Auto. My check engine lights came in with no advance warning. They took my car in immediately. The bill was about 3 times what I could afford or expected (through no fault of the shop's) but still less than what they had quoted me.

Work was done on time. The touch up was great.
