I had an excellent experience with Portland Automotive. The battery in my 2013 Focus ST was completely dead. I was having difficulty getting a new battery. I got hold of Portland Automotive at 11:30 AM. They were able to get a battery and install it in less than a half day. Great service.
Thankfully I don't need auto repairs that often, but when I do I go to Portland Automotive because the service is fantastic. I never worry that they will try to make me get unnecessary repairs, or over charge me for the services that I do need. They also provides a loaner car and even ran my car through the car wash at no extra charge. They are extremely professional. I highly recommend them!
They always go above and beyond! Every time I take my car in for service they do a little something extra. Last week I took my car in for an oil change and they said replaced the battery in my car starter. The attention to detail surpasses service at any other garage. I won’t go anywhere else.

This was my first time using Portland Automotive. I needed a replacement side mirror installed as quick as possible. They were able to get the part here in just a few days, and installed it in a few hours, all without breaking the bank. Extremely kind and courteous staff made the experience very pleasant.
