Rasheem did basically the impossible he got me in a loaner he got the car fixed within 24 hours he had to order parts and a lot of work went in I can't complain I mean belltown was trying to make me wait for a week just to look at it
I have been going to Portland Automotive for more than 10 years. They do good work; they do it promptly and they give me an honest assessment of what needs to be done to my cars.
We had a great experience. Sent our car in for general inspection and replace tires. They made a few recs' but nothing unusual. Felt the price for the work was fair. The office managers were pleasant and made us feel welcome.
