Portland Auto Repair

Brought my 2000 Ford Focus for winterizing Oil Changing and New Wipers. Had it checked out also and checked my levels tires all that! Everything ran great,It runs like a champ! they have taken care of my car from being a broken down running like crap to a well oiled great car running better than it did before,Thanks to my mechanic Joe I think his name was (sorry if it wasnt) but you know who you are! And thanks Ben always for taking care of me through the years!! I cannot express enough, if you want your car or truck fixed by the best! Come on Down to Portland Automotive, You wont be sorry! Ive been coming to them over 20 years! Dont wait till your running your car like Fred Flinstone......:)

As usual, Mike, Ben and the rest of the Portland Automotive crew did a great job. As I began to write this review, I realized I moved to CT twenty years ago and that Portland Auto (and Bill's too) have taken care of all of my family's cars for 20 years! Great service, a great warranty on their work, the availability of loaner cars and feeling like you're a part of the Portland Auto family have made me a loyal customer for all these 20 years. Well done!

The oil change was done quickly .

I appreciate that I was called with what was found to approve extra work. The work was done in the time that I was told prior to dropping off the car. Good job.

Was taking a sick child home and hit a curb in the snow and popped my tire - had 7 lbs pressure when I got to Portland Automotive. They made me and my niece comfortable, took care of my tire immediately, apologized for charging me what I considered a very reasonable and modest sum, and were generally wonderful. They even admired my niece's cross stitch project! :-) Thank you!

I can always count on good service and communication from Ben and his team. I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else.
