Nice work -- did the job on time (during a busy, short week) and for the estimated price. I'll go there again. I don't even mind paying these guys to mount and balance the snow tires even though a local tire dealer will do it for free - these guys do it carefully while that local dealer (who shall remain nameless) always strips a lug-nut or two.

No way is this place a 4.4. Try 5.0. Kinda pissed me off to see such an unfair assessment of this business. I've even brought my Ferrari to these guys. They are fair, honest and trustworthy. Ben is great and always makes whatever issue my car is dealing with go away fast and at a price I feel is fair. No way is this a 4.4 business. My guess is the competition had their stay at home wives corrupt the numbers. Lol.

I am grateful for the thorough and personalized care my car receives at Portland Automotive. Additionally, I know that any work that needs to be done will be handled in a professional manner, and that I will be treated with honesty and respect. I will always recommend Portland Automotive to anyone who expects expert service.

Had my brakes done, and am very satisfied with the service and attention to detail. Been coming here for years and have always experienced knowledgeable staff that is courteous and direct. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. :)
