My Dad who is in his 70's was taken advantage of by a previous shop so we needed a second opinion so we reached out to Portland Automotive. Mike, the owner went above and beyond to help my Dad. He treated my dad as if he was his dad and nowadays that's hard to come by. This is truly a shop that runs their business with integrity and I highly recommend them. Mike even called me and gave me an update and let me know that my Dad just left to go home. My Dad doesn't like driving in the dark and Mike somehow knew that. This allowed me to check on my Dad to make sure he got home safely. Thank you Mike and your team for the great work that you did and know that my dad walked away saying that no one has ever done that for him before. He felt like they really cared about him and they did!

My experience with them has been excellent. Just this week I made an unscheduled stop on my way to work as I had a rear tire that was almost flat. They took my car in, found a screw in the tire, plugged it, and I was on my way. Great service, great employees.
