I brought my car in for an oil change and a shimmy on the front end. Another shop would have told me that I needed shocks, struts and an alignment but all I needed to do was to have the tires rotated and rebalanced. You guys are honest, do good work and that's why we continue to patronize you.

Brought in a set of tires that I had purchased elsewhere and they were willing to mount and balance them for me. Did the word fast (on short notice) and for a good price (after applying some discount coupons) - they were even able to handle the fact that the tires coming off the rims were run-flats.

Over all I have had positive experiences with Portland Automotive. The pricing isn't cheap, but it's probably in line with the industry, and I don't believe that I have been asked to pay for unnecessary repairs. The company employees professional and friendly representatives, notably
