Always a smooth experience.

I had an appointment for the state emissions test. I was greeted immediately and I barely got to the second page of my book when they finished the test. Friendly, efficient, would highly recommend for the emissions test.

Just great! Drove in, they had the correct wiper blades for my car, and I was in & out in 10 minutes! Very pleased.

Extremely professional. I was preparing to go on a cross country trip, and Portland Automotive did a thorough inspection of my car to recommend any services so my car was at its safest for the long drive. The pictures and detailed inspection report is something I've never gotten anywhere else. The communication was incredible: I was called twice and had in-depth conversations with Mike about what they had found, recommended, and how long it would take. So far my car is running great and I have full trust in the services I received to last a while. They also had loaner cars available for the time my car was being worked on which was a huge relief. Would highly recommend bringing your car here.
