I'll forever praise the detailed report you get when Portland Automotive does their thorough inspection of a vehicle. Well documented with measurements and photos of their findings. Ranked by severity if things need to be done. It's an incredible value to someone who knows a little but not much about cars. They always have an answer if I still have any questions. If you have a new to you car or a car that just needs some love, but you aren't sure what...hit these folks up. You'll be happy you did. I know that I have zero complaints.

The warning light said I needed oil & when they checked the car and the service records on CarMax they discovered the car also needed an oil change. They didn’t charge me for the quart of oil and now I have an appointment for the oil change. They took the car right in and I hardly had to wait. Terrific service!

Flat tire from road debris -- Replacement tire was promptly ordered and put on car -- and because you had recommended I have tires with a road hazard warranty, the cost was totally covered. Once again, my thanks.
