Portland automotive is the only shop I trust. Everyone is professional, easy going, and easy to talk to. They do amazing work and great service. I went in today for tire replacement, mounting and balancing with alignment. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up right after work. I usually have bad experiences with shops, so I don't trust people touching my cars. so I usiually do the work my self. But when I need that professional touch, I bring it to Portland auto. When I leave my car there I know it's in good hands and I have no worries. I'm always greeted with a smile and walk out with a smile. Today they went that extra mile for me and surprised me by replacing my warn broken key fob with a new one! I wasn't expecting that! It totally made my day! Thank you so much for your services.
