The experience I had at Portland Automotive was that they are very conscientious about doing the repair the right way and not taking shortcuts.

I brought a car to Portland Automotive to get it tuned up for my teenager who is getting his license. I dealt with Mike and he was very up front and honest about what was needed to be repaired/replaced, and he completed everything within a few days. Mike kept me up to date and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will absolutely bring all of our cars to Portland Automotive from now on. An additional bonus is that we're supporting a local business, too.

The staff at Portland Auto are top notch, and have you best interest at heart. I went for an issue a month ago, but when the tech didn't see any sign of it he encouraged me to go home and come back when I faced real issues so they didn't have to charge me for nothing. I did eventually go back when I faced issues, and the staff went out of their way to find a resolution. When their work took longer than expected they were easy going about lending a loaner car, and that was very helpful. Can't recommend their services enough.
