This is my second time going to Portland Automotive, and their service blew me away both times. They're so accommodating, friendly, and go above and beyond with what they do. I highly recommend Portland Automotive for any car services you need!!

This was my first time using Portland Automotive. I needed a replacement side mirror installed as quick as possible. They were able to get the part here in just a few days, and installed it in a few hours, all without breaking the bank. Extremely kind and courteous staff made the experience very pleasant. Will definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend.

I have an '07 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was making a sound like a Gatling gun when I accelerated. Another place I took it said it was the transfer case and it was going to be very expensive. I did some research and found this was going to be the case, so I called Portland Auto to see if they could do it and provide a loaner while mine was in the shop. The loaner, though old, was in good shape, clean, and drove well. The repairs took over a week and there was a hidden and more pressing issue that needed to be addressed before the transfer case. Ted explained the situation in terms I could understand and gave me good estimates on the repairs. Afet seeing the bill and comparing it to the transfwer cases I saw on the Web, the price was very reasonable. My Jeep runs well now and I'm grateful for their expertise in fixing my ailing Jeep. I had been here before with a 2004 Honda Civic and I knew they did great work and saved me $$$. When the fan in Subaru would only work on high, I called. I also wanted an oil change and tire rotation. They found a nail in the tire and an oil leak. Luckily that piece will be covered by warranty but within a month. AND they were able to rotate my tires even after I had taken the wheel locks out of my car!!! Also, used a rental all day, never an issue here.

These guys are awesome! Honest, trustworthy and fair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Nothing but positive things to say about everyone here! From Mike, Ted and Rasheem up front to Dave and all the other mechanics in the back… just great! Free rental cars to use while your car is being serviced, a detailed report sent to you before any work is done to explain what is needed and honest people who just want to get your car going again. What more could you ask for? Have been having all of our cars serviced for years and we couldn’t be happier. Definitely check them out! You won’t be sorry!
