Mike and Ted are extremely easy to work with. They are thorough and professional. I am so happy that I found an automotive place that I can depend on.

Friendly, communicative, empathetic, diligent, committed- Mike was great to work with! My car was in for repairs because it continued to stall out on me on the highway. Mike continuously called me with detailed updates on my car, and always spoke with the utmost honesty. Him, Ted, and all the other technicians at Portland Automotive worked on it day in and day out to figure out what was going on, and in the meantime, gave me a loaner car which was unbelievably helpful and something I truly appreciated. In the end, they figured it out and my car is good as new! I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Portland Automotive! :)

As always service is prompt and efficient. They keep track of maintenance schedule for by 2019 equinox and anticipate what needs to be done. My garage of choice.
