I came to Portland Automotive for a repair of my car window...they did an amazing job! I brought my vehicles back for regular service and emission for one of my vehicles and again an amazing job! The amount of professionalism and technical proficiency Portland Automotive shows is amazing. Their entire staff is very personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. I live in the next town over and they offered to pick me up...something even local mechanics never even offered. They took before and after pictures of my repairs and texted me throughout the process. The manager is very nice and once he found out he needed to keep my car overnight he personally washed it for me the next day. Again, these gestures carry a lot of weight for me in having Portland Automotive show me they care about their customers. Their prices are also good as they were the lowest after calling 3 other places for quotes. If you live in or around the Portland area, then please give them a chance to impress you.

Mike was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk with. My vehicle required a bit more labor than anticipated but Mike was able to stick to the initial quote which was very helpful, something I respect. Thank you Portland automotive team!

I paid 800 dollars for a oil change, wires,plugs,and cap for a Malibu. Think about that . I paid over 7,000 dollars for a fuel pump for a dodge 3500. I brought it in In early spring I got it back in early fall . Fuel tank had eight of tank. Putting fuel in and it poured out, called Mike the owner he said tank was removed and put back. O brought it back for them to fix their mistake. 2 weeks later I picked it up and Mike the owner made me pay another 350 dollars yo fix what I already paid for with the seven thousand plus dollars. I never went back for another repair on any thing. Does anyone know who the owner is today? I was talking with the owner Mike, and he told me that he had a mortgage to pay for. Well at prices like that and having to pay twice for the same exact repair, it is my thought that it should be paid for many times over.

When it came to finding a garage/mechanic that works on Hybrids I liked the reviews on Portland Automotive. They did not disappoint, Mike and Rasheam were helpful in bringing me through the process of my first major repairs on my Hybrid and how to prevent it from getting this far along again. They were aware of my budget constraints, but also wanted to make sure I was safely back on the road. Thank you guys! I can't say enough how much I appreciate you guys for taking care of my car.
