Ted & Mike are very friendly at the desk and professional. They did a great job on going thru my 2002 ThunderBird The place is clean and organized I am planning to bring my truck there soon Maybe the only I have but being particularly my own fault I really think if You have a Special on Your services like $10.00 off a oil change you automatically apply it After service and not letting the customer find out later
