I took my car for emission and to reschedule to a different time because I needed my car to pick up kids from school and my second car was in a shop. The front desk staff were accommodating and understanding of my situation. On my appointment day I was 15 min early and it was pouring rain. The service guy took my car early and park it under a carport so I don’t get rained on. My first time here and they were very professional. During my wait I met an 80 yr old Customer who told me she’s been bringing her car here and they do great work on repairing. So I was pleasevto here this.

Very accomadating

As always, Mike and the guys at Portland Automotive were great! I recently purchased a used car and Mike answered all of my questions about what to look for. He gave me some great advice, which helped me get to my final decision. They also did an inspection for me to make sure the car was in great working order. I can't recommend them enough!
