Been using Portland Auto exclusively since ~2009. The staff are knowledgeable and treat me with respect and take the time to explain work and the associated charges (unlike any experience I've had with dealers). I first started going to them with my used Corolla because I didn't like the dealership. I have continued going to them even after getting brand new car because of the quality service and friendly, professional demeanor.
