I have been taking my car to Mike, Ted and Rasheam at Portland Automotive since I moved into town 6 years ago, and they are thorough, courteous and accommodating; they work hard to fit you in the schedule and get the work done so you aren't inconvenienced. Plus they are the friendliest team!

My wife and I traveled from Alabama to Connecticut to visit family. While in Portland I found my Buick Enclave was due an oil change. I called Portland Auto to see if I could make an appointment and they were more than kind to accommodate. While there everyone I met or talked with were very informative and friendly. Work was very satisfactory and they even went the extra mile and checked all my fluids and a complimentary Safety Check. Bottom line, I was very satisfied with the service, personnel and the cost was much less than expected. Will not hesitate to call on them again.

I called to schedule an appointment for a CT emission check for car with Portland Automotive. I got a convenient appointment with in a couple of days. I arrived a couple of minutes early. Only waited 5 minutes for them to take the car. They were finshed in about 10 minutes. The waiting room was comfortable and quiet place to reaad or work. At other places, I have to show up (no appointments) and often wait 45 minutes to 2 hours in noisy showroom with the TV blaring.

Got my car fixed quickly without an appointment, for something the dealer failed to do. Review was thorough. Would recomment

Portland Auto is a great place for auto repairs. They are friendly, thorough and professional. They will do the work requested and provide the additional work needed, with photos, if needed. With loaner cars available it's the only place I will go to.

This was the first time I was there and was very impressed with the work and communication! Thank you Michael for taking me as a walk in. I will definitely be back😊

great guys, love how they inspect and take pictures of what part are bad or needs to be replaced. and no pressure. love that they offer a free loaner car while you ride is being fixed. I highly recommend Portland Automotive

Mike was pleasant, professional. Scheduled appointment for emission test 8AM, test started promptly 8AM passed test, on my way within 20 minutes. Would highly recommend, plan to contact for additional work. Thanks Mike Greatly appreciated

Michael and the team are always so kind and the work is always superb. Normally when you think of car trouble you feel stressed. Anytime I need my car serviced I have immediate relief knowing I’m going to be calling Portland Automotive and I won’t have to worry. Great work. Great service. Great people.

"Just GREAT"!! That was what I said when I saw my PSI @ 9!!! After looking at my tires... I needed new! Just a few days before a holiday weekend? I was never going to get my tires on! Portland Automotive took my car the next day and I had 4 new tires ~ maintenance and a front end alignment. Awesome Customer Service and the tech did his job ~ Outstanding! Thanks!
