If you take your car here to get looked at, you’ll never go anywhere else. Sam and his team are AMAZING!! They are so fair priced, work fast and are so kind. They explain everything in a way a none car person (like myself) can understand. This is an OKC AUTO GEM 💎

Came in with a mystery noise. Portland Auto diagnosed a bad bearing and fixed it. The bearing was still making some noise after I left, Ted had me come back and resolved the new issue no questions asked.

My second time using Portland Automotive. The shop is clean and organized. The staff and mechanics are friendly and helpful. Scheduling is a breeze. Visitor wifi is available while you wait. Prices are reasonable. It's worth my 30 minute drive to get there.

I brought my truck in to have tires rotated and balanced. I got a call saying that the tires were "scalloped" and it would do no good to balance them but it would still be a good ideal to rotate them. Portland Auto could have gone ahead and balanced them and charged me another $100 over the tire rotation fee but they were honest enough not to do that. That honesty in a repair shop was greatly appreciated and I won't forget that.
