Mike and Team were fantastic! The complimentary loaner was an amazing and helpful especially considering it was a minivan which would fit my 3 small children in! Took the stress of having to deal with rental away! They walked me through the entire process and gave me multiple options for what I needed! Called me multiple times to go over details and even sent pictures to help explain things as well! This was so nice to see the transparency and willingness to work and take the extra time to explain what my car needed! The mechanic even offered to help me with putting in my boys carseats when I picked up my car, which was super nice and although I didn't need it... it was nice for him to offer! I would highly recommend Portland Automotive.

I have been coming to Portland Auto for many years. They have taken care of two of my cars. They always to the best with my vehicles. Help me schedule out maintenance with the report that shows what needs to be fixed and what can be scheduled out. This helps me budget for the repairs. All the guys are amazing and do a thorough job. I appreciate Ted, Mike and Rasheem they always look out for me. I recommend this shop every chance I get because I know they are honest and trustworthy.

Portland Automotive did an excellent job diagnosing an issue with my car, then fixed the issue so it runs smoother and quieter than previously. I will definitely bring my vehicles back here for service.
