I called about an issue with my brakes, and they took my car in that same day. I was able to use one of their loaner cars while they completed the work and got my car back later that afternoon.

Portland Automotive was great to me. Not only did I bring a strange and hard to diagnose issue to them, but they treated me great throughout the whole process. They’re extremely professional and I felt informed every step of the way. Additionally, the free loaner was a lifesaver. Will happily go back! Oh, and my car is back to its normal self!
