Mike provided amazing service, and walked me through every step, price list, and update. They even send you a summary of the overall inspection, which is so helpful to prepare for future maintenance. I highly recommend them!!!

I had a leaking tire, stopped in a few other shops in Portland and they were unable to help me on the spot, Portland Automotive told me it may be 45 minutes or so before they could squeeze me in but said they would figure it out. Sure enough within 30 minutes I was out the door. Thank you for your help and I will be coming back for additional needs!

We took a car for prepurchase inspection and were quite satisfied with their service. Strongly recommend it.

I went there last week (June 1st, 2021) for an oil change and to help get the hood of my car opened. They were super helpful and communicative. Did a full workup of my car (which the last place I used to go to never did). They called me to keep me updated, told me it would take a few days to fix what needed to be fixed, told me what it would cost to fix all major repairs on my car, and gave me a loaner car. Their prices are fair and honest. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a good reasonable place to get their car serviced. I definitely will be going back and be making this place my go-to for my car!
