I showed up early for my emissions testing appointment hoping to get done early. They were finished slightly before the appointment time and I was good to go. I really appreciate the accommodation. It was a big help.

My first time there and it was only for an emission test so not much to write about, but they were quick and courteous.

Everyone was friendly and we got taken care of quickly and efficiently. They even gave us Matchbox cars when we mentioned how much the kids would love to see the cool treasure chest they have for kids. Nice clean waiting room, maybe the best service team I've encountered when dealing with my car, really nice bunch of guys!

I had an 8 am appointment. The man behind the counter was very plesent and the work on my truck was completed quickly. I would recommend Portland Automotive.

First time customer and was very satisfied with the courtesy service by the staff. Was taken promptly for emissions testing and would definitely recommend !
